Check to see if you have recalled products. Those under 14 years of age, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and individuals sensitive to caffeine should not consume CEDs. If you choose to consume CEDs, read the label to understand how much caffeine is in a serving, how many servings are in the container, and follow the cautionary statements that appear on the label, such as: Not recommended for those under 14 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women or individuals sensitive to caffeine; and, Do not drink more than X serving(s) per day. Be aware that drinking CEDs with alcohol may increase the potential for consuming more alcohol than intended, which could increase your risk of alcohol-related harms.
