About SupplementIndex

SupplementIndex is an evidence-based supplement safety reference platform published by the Public Health Institute of Georgia (PHIG). Every ingredient profile contains peer-reviewed clinical data with Vancouver-format references and DOI links. Every certification label includes verification steps and fraud detection guidance.

Methodology

Each ingredient undergoes a standardised 36-section review covering pharmacology, dosage, safety, drug interactions, regulatory status across 14 countries, and laboratory monitoring. Evidence is graded as Strong, Moderate, or Insufficient based on RCT quality, systematic reviews, and Cochrane evidence. All claims are cited [N] with DOIs where available.
