About

Suma root (Brazilian ginseng) containing pfaffosides for energy, immune support, and anti-fatigue effects.

How it works (mechanism of action)

Activates mitochondrial biogenesis and electron transport chain efficiency via AMPK/PGC-1alpha pathway. Modulates adenosine receptors or phosphodiesterase to regulate cellular cAMP/cGMP energy signalling. Normalises adrenal cortisol and catecholamine responses to physical and psychological stress.
