About

Nux vomica tree seeds containing strychnine and brucine — potent glycine receptor antagonists causing violent tetanic convulsions. Used in homeopathy at extreme dilutions. The crude plant extract is one of the most dangerous substances known; historically used as rodent poison.

HIGHLY TOXIC. Strychnine poisoning: painful tetanic muscle spasms affecting the entire body, opisthotonus (extreme arching), respiratory muscle paralysis, death from asphyxiation. Lethal dose in adults approximately 30-120mg strychnine. NOT permitted as supplement at any appreciable concentration.
