HORMONE-SENSITIVE CONDITIONS: lignans converted to enterolignans (enterodiol, enterolactone) — phytooestrogenic activity, caution in ER+ breast cancer. ANTICOAGULANT: ALA and phytooestrogen antiplatelet effects. DRUG ABSORPTION: high fibre content — take medications separately. Bowel obstruction: must take with adequate water.
