BLOOD PRESSURE: significant hypotensive effect — AVOID in hypotension, with antihypertensives (severe additive hypotension). ANTICOAGULANT: antiplatelet activity — avoid with warfarin. Drug interactions: antihypertensives (severe additive), vasodilators, antiplatelet drugs. Pregnancy: insufficient data. Glaucoma: beneficial for glaucoma via topical/oral use.
