How it works (mechanism of action)
Provides diuretic effects via prostaglandin-mediated renal blood flow increase. Anti-inflammatory activity reduces renal tubular inflammation. Antilithic effects may involve urine alkalinisation, citrate excretion, or dissolution of calcium oxalate crystals.
