Individual mineral ULs apply. Selenium: narrow safety margin (UL 400mcg/day). Chromium: chromium picolinate genotoxicity concern at very high doses. Vanadium: toxic at elevated doses (see vanadyl sulfate). Monitor for mineral excess with long-term use.
