How it works (mechanism of action)
Colonises intestinal epithelium producing short-chain fatty acids, bacteriocins, and hydrogen peroxide inhibiting pathogen growth. Activates TLR2/TLR4 on dendritic cells modulating regulatory T-cell differentiation. Strengthens tight junctions via claudin and occludin upregulation.
