Fat-soluble thiamine with superior bioavailability (3.6x). Used for diabetic neuropathy and AGE damage.
How it works (mechanism of action)
Lipid-soluble thiamine achieving 3.6x higher bioavailability than thiamine HCl. Specifically inhibits three hyperglycaemic damage pathways: hexosamine pathway, DAG-PKC pathway, and AGE formation in diabetic complications.
