About
Heat-stable spore probiotic surviving stomach acid and antibiotics. Used for IBS, diarrhoea, and immunity.
How it works (mechanism of action)
Provides substrate for beneficial gut bacteria fermentation or directly modulates intestinal epithelial cell function. Produces or stimulates short-chain fatty acids (propionate, butyrate, acetate) providing colonocyte energy and modulating immune tolerance via GPR41/43 activation.
