Indian birthwort (Ishwari in Ayurveda) containing nephrotoxic and carcinogenic aristolochic acids. Used traditionally in Ayurvedic medicine but banned in all modern regulatory jurisdictions due to proven irreversible nephrotoxicity and urothelial carcinoma. No safe dose established.
