About
Natural polysaccharide gum from Acacia trees used as emulsifier, stabiliser, and film-forming agent in supplements. GRAS in USA; E414 in EU. One of the most extensively studied gum additives. Well tolerated.
How it works (mechanism of action)
Acts on cellular signalling pathways relevant to the documented clinical indications. Contains bioactive compounds with enzyme-modulating, receptor-binding, or antioxidant properties studied in peer-reviewed literature.

🚫 Contraindications & Warnings
High doses (>30g/day) may cause GI bloating and flatulence. Potential for allergy in sensitised individuals. Contains protein fraction — possible cross-reactivity in atopic individuals. Generally very safe.
